using my poor memory, i could swear that 64 had mounts in the rear. rubber  
plugs or something.  i had rear belts in all of my 64's and i think the  plate 
was there welded to the floor. take the seat bottom out and look at the  level 
of the edge of the seat bottom for 4 round plugs that pop out , or under  the 
car up towards the crossmember in the rear for 4 rectangular plates with  
curled up edges and nuts welded on.
