No on this one. Almost any car cover will shread in the air-blast from  
towing. Maybe some kind of Bra could be fitted to the front for protection.  
Perhaps someone could build a special protective top-cover that would snap onto  the 
tonneau snaps at the back and rear sides and be retained by the top as it  
latches into the windshield header and the side windows where they meet the top. 
 That would offer protection for the vinyl roof while towing. -  Seth
