I had an Audi with a water pump problem.

Since it had a steel stud in an aluminum part that had to be removed, I paid
a "pro" to do it.

He broke the stud and had to do an extra couple hours work to repair the
damage that I paid this "pro" avoid.

Cost me $150 extra, which I had to pay to get my car back.

"Mechanics lien" works for the mechanic; customers call it "ransom."
