Just to brag a bit - my wife has helped me Re and Re a Vair engine on
several occasions. Not only that but she can change a belt with the best of
them!

I'm one of the fortunate ones whose wife not only has interest, but some
knowledge.  We own the only locally owned auto parts store that she operates
and I spend my days turning wrenches at a local dealership.  As such we are
surrounded by cars all day and prefer classics.  

This is my second go-round with the better half of the species, the first
one wouldn't have known a distributor from a carburetor from a muffler
bearing.
