<VV> 95 and 110 smog heads

I was Just reading in Bob Helts excellent book "The classic  corvair" that 
only smog motor 110's used domed pistons. is that  correct?  does this mean 95 
hp smog motors use flat top pistons? So,if  the higher comp.of the 110 was 
reached with the domed piston, how much  difference is there in the 2 types of 
heads (95vs110 smog) I know they are both  open chamber designs,but I am guessing 
the chamber volume is  different?  just curious,
