Actually...   I think that the LM repro stuff (softer metal than original) 
is made with slots to accommodate installation.  The installed look is not 
appealing to me and I personally feel that they should be sent out with NO 
HOLES in them.  Let the installer put the holes where he/she needs them.

PS...  My responses are ALWAYS the top message - unless I indicate 
otherwise.
