Automatically popping up a submenu is not required, most people will
click, at which time you can expand the menu (if they have javascript
or css capable browser) or go to another page if they don't.  Some
menu scripts make it easier than others, but if it can be made to pop
out on click instead of on mouse over, that would be better in my
opinion.

MAJOR kudos for including an HTML ink on the main page for the Flash
impaired.  Thank you.
