If the only thing that is getting everybody's panties in a twist are the
one-off and "time sensitive" classifieds, then the solution might be to
just remove ALL one-off and time sensitive ads from the printed CC and
post them to an eBay type auction site. That way, EVERYbody would have
the same "out of the gate" chance at bidding on any one-off item, and
"time sensitive" ads would be automatically placed and retracted at the
precise time of offer life.

How's them apples?
