Was another that even the EPA approved of: the "PassMaster" - vacuum 
controlled electric switch that would turn off the A/C when passing. Had to 
add an on/off delay to keep it from switching every time I shifted.

Suspect the Pertronix II on my 'vair is an even better dwell extender.
