Nope.  

However, #4 is a shield for something.  Maybe the rust is a clue for where
on the car?  Only found on a very small percentage of Corvairs, none were
1960s.

#5 (hardware) is not for seatbelts - too small.  I realize there was no
scale in the picture, but try figuring it out based on the number of
different paired items, etc.  Hint: you won't find these on every Corvair,
and certainly not on any 1960-61 Corvairs.

Alrighty.  I'm going to take a stab at it.

I'll say #4 is a gas heater heat shield.  #5 are seatbelt mounting hardware.

Just a guess.
