<VV> LM Convertible top problem

Someone had posted pictures of a top restoration a couple (at least) years 
back.  Was it Norm Witte?  Anyway, you might be able to find some answers 
there.  If it was not Norm, perhaps someone else can come up with the 
correct person and an link.
