The footprint guys at Eelco made corvair aluminum exhaust manifolds. I think that these same materials would have to fair at least as well as the aluminum heads exposed to the same heat levels!!! A head isn't a manifold, and is cooled in various ways that a manifold cannot be.....apples and oranges! John
