Do not use PVC (or cpvc) for air lines.

Do a  google  search for pvc air lines for more info if you need   convincing.

PVC is a shrapnel bomb when it ruptures.

Sched. 80 will work fine.... Until it doesn't and you (or soemone  else) wing 
up picking pieces of it out
of your anatomy when it fails.
