 I think you should stop filling the tank completely.
   
   I suggest you have a hole on the neck of the tank or filler hose where it attaches to the tank. I think it is unlikely that there is a hole in the top of the tank as this would be something I've never come across..
   
   Then remove the tank and prepare to replace the hose at a minimum. Instruction on how to do this are available, as are the parts.
   
   Anybody else have a suggestion?
