Sometimes you just have to play the cards you're dealt. Hiring more women
is a good long-range strategy. But making her male staff "handle" things
from a woman's  perspective was just good business sense. Too bad it took a
female head of the department to initiate the move.

Remember the Dodge LeFemme? Missed the market, probably because it was what
men THOUGHT  women wanted.....
