<VV> LM Shoulder belts

I'm trying to install a set of Clarks shoulder belts in my '67 coupe. I have it mostly figured out except for the roofline mount. Since it's my daily driver I don't want to cut the headliner until I know for sure what the bolt size is for the existing hole. I'm assuming(ACK!) from what I've read on the '67, that it came set up for shoulder belts. I can feel the bracket and the hole through the headliner. What I need to know is, is the hole pre-threaded and what size/thread pitch?
