<VV> Pilot Bushing

No FLAPS part number here. I have only ordered these from our vendors 
for the past 20 years. There was a time about 20 years ago that I used a 
FLAPS pilot bushing and it went bad quickly. I don't recall why, but 
composition difference comes to mind.  Before that I could get them from 
the Chevy dealer.

Has anyone had luck finding these locally?
