I put my jackstand forward of the rear wheel, at or inboard of the pinch weld. I refrain from lifting at the diff, lots of aluminum there. I watch carefully, at any necessity for the car to be jacked up at a service interval, lest any tire jockey try that. I suggest you get a shop manuel, there are many on ebay and the vendors most often used for same are Clarks(corvair.com)and Underground (corvairunderground.com).
