I wouldn't vote for Steve, either. I used to live in the Denver area and  had 
my 66 coupe overhauled by Steve and his then-partner Speed. About a month  
later, on the road to L.A., my wife had the 'Vair's engine blow up.  I  called 
Steve to ask about making good on his work and he refused because the  coupe 
wasn't 100% stock. I had been told by other "Vair people in the Denver  area 
that Steve and Speed weren't known for their honesty but I hadn't believed  them.
