<VV> Upper heater hose

My recommendation is, Step 1, get a new upper hose.  (Stay with me here.)

Step 2, per the recommendations of others, make a block-off plate for the 
upper shroud connector, and install it between the shroud and the hose 
connector.

Step 3, install the new hose.

In this way, the opening in the upper shroud is correctly blocked, and the 
hose takes care of sealing the opening into the heater box.  Plus, it looks 
stock (not that stock appearance is necessary, but I kinda like doing 
things that way).
