I've been on the BoD for four years, and find it rewarding without all these 
problems people keep alluding too but won't say what the problems are.  It 
takes a couple hours a week discussing issues on email and an all day 
meeting the day before the convention.  Other than that, it is wondering 
what we could do  to attact new members.
