<VV> Deluxe wheel

Since Chevy installed the column and engine components, those wouldn't
show on the body tag. Also, not sure of '68, but the '69's no longer had
the accessory codes on the body tag.

Kent Sullivan wrote a series of two articles on the '65-7 body codes in
March and May '05 CC.
