<VV> oil leak at rear of engine - need your help!

If you lower the engine, any standard harmonic balancer can be used. No 
need for the special tool. The special tool saves several hours of R & R 
time. 30 minutes tops with tool, typically 15.  But, as you say it helps 
to know how the pieces come off and go back together!
