Matt, like Les said just take a pair of side cutters and cut the brake 
line off close to the fitting.  Take the wheel cylinder off and put it 
in a vise, put a socket or even a pipe wrench on it if you have to.  
Same thing will work with the junction blocks, had to do this when I 
was replacing all the brake lines on the rampsider...
