If only we'd had the WEB 30 yrs.. ago.........so many more would've been 
spared the "I can't work on this" mindset....

CODE readers have been avaible since the 1st Volt Meter was made in the 
20's??? 70's -  '95 cars........just jumper 2 pins in the plug under the 
dash....turn key on..read PULSES....look in Book [ Chiltons, etc.] and it told you what 
it MIGHT be.
