<VV> Cylinder head ID

I emailed the seller with where to look and he replied the correct head
number was 3819876

Which shows as a 1964 110 head number....

Hi,

I'm looking at some heads on Ebay, and the seller says that the casting 
number on them is 3846999.  I've looked in the Tech Guide and I can't
find 
any such number.  Does anyone out there have this information?
