Plugged fuel filter, fuel solenoid coil open circuit, fuel valve 
stuck on seat, clogged burner nozzle are some of the possible 
problems for no fuel.  Are you sure there is no fuel?  Run the heater 
for three minutes and there should be a distinctive raw gas smell out 
of the heater exhaust.  If you smell gas, then you have an ignition 
problem not a gas problem.
