You can take a regular brake light sw, which actuates against the brake 
pedal arm, when pushed to turn on your brake lights, and install one-common 
as can be- so the emergency brake actuates it when not all the way down. You 
may have to get creative with a lever or figure out how to reverse the 
action of NO sw but you can do this.
