ALL this handling stuff....when  setting up a car is  YOUR feelings..nothing 
else...

A Swaybar is a swaybar..... YOU have to decide what you like best... size / 
mounting /  style...

YOU have to spend time / $$$  to try EACH....

I always test  by doing "figure 8's" in a parking lot.....I adjust / mod the 
car until I can, with one hand and one foot [ on the gas] run the car fast 
enough to overpower the tires  grip....but the car is stable and able to  
transition smoothly at the intersection.!   And we're talking 30- 50 mph usually in 
as tight a circle as the car can make...at idle!

I used both on my SpeedSkater......but liked the "U-bar" best....  my 
preference!  Since I make my bars from  tubing....I just  threw the other one out 
when I was satisfied..   Had I had to purchase..a different story...
