Frank DuVal, Seth, Ron H, JR, Matt Nall, and Tom Z all had one thing in
common, fast idle cam. That turned out to be the demon in the mix which
threw everything else off as well. Frank and Tom Z gave perfect instructions
on the remedies. She fired up and purred like a demonic kitten. Tweaked the
throttle a couple of minutes later and the chokes came off and into a soft
low rumble. 
Our undying thanks to all for your patience and great advice. Now my son
wants to submit a burnout photo to Car Craft magazine for their burnout
section. We'll post pics soon!!
