<VV> pushrod needed

The tip against the lifter fractured. When I was cleaning it in the parts
washer it pulled apart with my thumbnail. Luckily the o-ring was had been
leaking or I may not have found it before everything go boom.

Vapor lock break a pushrod?  I can't imagine that no matter how hard I try.
