<VV> Herb Berkman

I forgot to mention, some of Herb's aviation friends arranged a fly over, 
first pass was three Texans and a Stearman in formation.  The next pass one 
of the Texans, pealed off and the rest of the planes came over in the 
missing man formation.  It was a moving tribute.
