polyacrylate is rated 4, or marginal, for service around most oils, where viton is rated 1, or recommended.
For dynamic applications viton is rated 1 (recommended) where poly.... is rated 2, or acceptable.
PC has a -20 temp rating, where viton has a -5.

empirical data may suggets otherwise, but viton would seem to be the spec sheet champion for engine seals.
