<VV> shifter and bolt pattern

Hey all,
   I'm getting ready to install a corsa dash into my '65 monza 95hp powerglide. I want to put a floor shifter in, but I'm not sure what to go with. I'm thinking I would like to go with a Hurst V-Matic 2 that works with a '60's powerglide. The only thing I'm sure about is the height of the shifter. Has anyone ever put in a floor shifter or has any advice for me? Another thing. What is the wheel offset and bolt pattern for my car?
