It's called Tri- porting..... this "so called" engine is obviously a 
collection of junk parts......the tri-porting being very early...late 60's 
/ early 70's.....notice the exhaust is stock...not "angle ported"  to 
increase flow...

Tri-porting done in the last 20 years use a cast manifold that is bolted to 
the machined head...stock manifolding removed 100 %
