<VV> pilot bearing/bushing

I've seen those used when successive installations of bushings all squealed.
The bearing was then used instead of the bushing. Which is better? Flip a
coin.

Subject: <VV> pilot bearing/bushing

I found that the engine has a pilot bearing, and that my replacement is a
bushing.... any advice concerning this? Is the bearing much better then a
bushing, particularly from a performance standpoint?

Thanks!
