RE: 'Gird your loins and take the heads off.' IIRC, one time I added the baffles when I replaced push tube O-rings (one cylinder at a time; capture the baffle when installing the tubes, then move onto the next cylinder in line). My memory may be failing, but I'm pretty certain that's what I did - and that it worked well. Andy K.
