Mike,

IMHO, if you showed the engine without the bell housing, the guy doesn't
have a leg to stand on. If, on the other hand, you showed the engine with
the bell housing in a bunch of photo's, and without in one, I would say that
you may want to ship him a bellhousing.

I would not send him a torque converter, flywheel, flex plate or anything
attached to the crankshaft as those are not considered part of the engine.
