<VV> Installing seat belts in an FC

I know this has been covered before, but I can't seem to find any pictures
of the outside mounting points for the seatbelts in a Rampside.  I located
the pre-drilled inboard holes.  It's just the outside locations, and I
don't see any dimples.  I also would like to see where a shoulder belt
would mount.  Any pictures would be greatly appreciated.
