box it up and ship it to DALE manufacturing in Oregon. Only tools, - 
Checkbook and postage.
 
Seriously - Alignment is everything. He has the tools and the fixtures for 
bolting.
 
If you want hot rivets instead, Dave Palmer does those - Also a good fix.
