Look at the curves, it's only slightly better. The 911 fan is WAY better. 
Look at the electric fan data. It's SO far from being adequate, well, you  
get the idea.

What about a '62-63 fan design?   It looks very well  thought-out and 
if it could be reproduced in something besides steel it  might not be 
so heavy and thus would be easier on belts for street  use.   Or, if 
the weight wasn't an issue for racing aps, stick  it on an electric 
motor powered by a separate  battery.
