<VV> 2 questions

my 65 just started to continue running after key turned off. by putting in  
reverse and holding brake motor dies. it continues running even when cold.  
thought maybe in switch, have not checked yet and not sure how to check.
people much smarter than i have not mentioned a cure yet. hope someone  comes 
up with a cure.
