About the card processing? No.

1. If you made a reservation and they did not ask for your card, you should 
be home free.

2. In my opinion, if you have not made a reservation and refuse to give 
them the information they request, then you don't have a reservation. I 
don't think a lawyer is going to do you much good, but I'm not a lawyer.
