Haven't seen this related here so I will mention it. In the April '07 issue of Vintage Truck magazine there is an article of a couple (Lorene and L.C. Smith) who journeyed on RT 66 in 1992. Remember this is a vintage truck magazine no problem reporting on a story 15 years later??? Anyway they drove their '63 Rampside all the way from Chicago (they are from Illinois) to Santa Monica and were 1 of only 4 vehicles to go all the way. Some good pictures and RT 66 info.

Also thanks to several people who responded about the EZ  carlift.
