<VV> 8/10 Cord Information wanted

I am looking for information on the 8/10 Cords. Specifically, for the front  
suspension, steering, and drive train. I  would like to know what parts  were 
used and what new style parts could be used in place of the original items.  
Any help in pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.
