Hi Kent,
 
We have a 1969 Firebird with a standard steering column and deluxe wheel.
 
The hazard knob is at 4 o'clock and the horn plunger is at approximately
10:30.  The deluxe wheel has a 3-point contact for the horn.  We are just
finishing our restoration and plan to put a Grant wheel steering wheel on
our Bird.  The installation kit has a wire for the horn plunger going from
10:30 to approximately 2 o'clock.
