<VV> CDN cars: NO CORVAIR

I've been keeping a non-Corvair friend informed of our CDN car thread.  He 
has a '50s CDN Ford and is way into CDN cars, especially FoMoCo products.  He 
shared the following with me which, obviously, does not pertain to Corvairs:
 
<All Canadian cars came with everything, including the owner's manual - in 
French as well as English.  They also came with, as a dealer installed option, 
in-block heaters for the cold weather, just the same as Alaskan US cars.>
