Hi Ralph.

	No problem.  Welcome to the forum!  My guess... a spun harmonic
damper ring.  Look for signs that the ring moved on the rubber.

I'm new at this so here goes. I had to set my timing WAY off the scale
to  
get it to idle reasonably. (half way between the scale and the belt) Any

suggestions will be appreciated.
