<VV> Timing

About the carbs: 
    Right is a LITTLE weaker that the left, could it be that  the right 
secondary is pulling a LOT  more vacuum than the left  secondary?
 
The plugs: 
#2 was not as tight as the others
#6 top of plug looked like maybe wire not tight?
they ALL are black
Gap is a tight 35
 
Dist cap:
one of the "points" has some black "flash" on it
the center "Point" is missing about 25%
