4 3/4" is actually 120.7 mm. 5" is 127 mm which leaves countless 
opportunities for typos.
5 x 4 3/4 was GM RWD small/internediate (not Vega and clones)  forever. 5 x 
5" was GM big cars until there were no more.

Vega was 4x4" which is not the same as EMs (too bad, there were millions of 
nice Vega GT 13x6 wheels floating around.)
